What data we process

email and first name,
age, sex, height, weight, estimated body fat,
health data: movement limitations, allergies and dietary restrictions,
payment data (processed by the payment gateway, we never see your card number).

Why and on what legal basis

We use the data only to create and deliver your plan (performance of a contract). We process health data based on your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Who processes your data

Hosting and storage by Netlify, payments by Stripe, emails by Resend, text generation by Anthropic. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Under 18

We offer the plan, and the related data processing, from age 16, when the law allows you to consent to data processing yourself. If you are under 18, you also confirm that a parent or legal guardian knows about the purchase. We do not collect body fat estimates or maximum lifts from anyone under 18.

Cookies and ad tracking

We store necessary data in your browser (your questionnaire answers, language, theme) without consent, as the site doesn't work without it. Only with your consent do we use Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland), Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google Ireland) cookies to see which ads bring in customers. Nothing is tracked on your plan page. You can change your consent anytime via the Cookie settings link in the site footer.

How long

We keep the plan and questionnaire for 12 months, accounting records for the period required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, to data portability and to withdraw consent. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
