Terms and conditions

1. Operator

Igor Florian, company ID (IČO) 11808861, registered address Jiráskova 501, 250 83 Škvorec, Czech Republic, a sole trader registered in the Czech Trade Register, email info@fitforge.cz (the “operator”). The operator is not registered for VAT.

2. Subject

The operator provides digital content: a personalised 4-week training plan and a 7-day meal plan based on your questionnaire answers. The price is €9.99, paid once in advance.

3. Delivery

The plan is usually available within a few minutes of payment on a unique link and is also sent to the email provided.

4. Withdrawal from the contract

The consumer expressly requests immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledges that, under Section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code, they thereby lose the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. If the plan was not delivered or is defective, the operator will fix it or refund the payment.

5. Health notice

The plan is general guidance for healthy people aged 16 and over and is not medical or nutritional care. The user exercises at their own risk. The plan is not provided to people under 16, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with an eating disorder or a serious illness.

For customers aged 16 to 17, the plan is built in a gentler form: a smaller calorie deficit and training without maximum weights, focused on technique. A minor customer confirms before ordering that a parent or legal guardian knows about and agrees to the purchase.

6. Complaints

Complaints can be made by email within 30 days of delivery. The operator will handle them without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest.

7. Out-of-court dispute resolution

Consumers can contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
